Before your first withdrawal we verify identity per our AML policy, in line with FATF guidelines. This typically completes within minutes to a few hours after submitting valid documents.

Industry-standard anti-fraud rule. If the deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals (for example a cash voucher), we route via an alternative within the same country.
OXXO (Mexico) and Boleto Bancário (Brazil)
Cash-voucher methods — deposit-only. Withdrawals after an OXXO deposit go via SPEI; after a Boleto deposit via PIX.
Rapipago and Pago Fácil (Argentina)
Cash-voucher methods — deposit-only. Withdrawals after Rapipago or Pago Fácil deposits go via CBU bank transfer or Mercado Pago.
Card withdrawal 180-day cap
Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) cannot exceed the total amount deposited via that card in the last 180 days. This is a card-network anti-money-laundering rule, not our policy. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn via another method.
Bank wire intermediary fees
SEPA and SWIFT wires usually carry $20–40 in intermediary bank fees outside our control. Local rails (PIX, SPEI, PromptPay) and crypto are cheaper for small amounts.
Crypto address and network
Before confirming a cryptocurrency withdrawal, double-check the destination address and the network (e.g. TRC-20 vs ERC-20). Transactions sent to a wrong address or wrong network are irreversible and cannot be recovered.

How long does a withdrawal take?
Total time = our review + payment-method delivery. Our review is 4 hours for VIP, 24 hours for Gold and 3 days for Standard. After review, delivery depends on the method — instant for local rails like PIX and USDT, up to 3–5 business days for bank cards.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
MarginBase charges 0% commission on all withdrawals. Payment providers (banks, card networks, crypto networks) may charge their own fees outside our control.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
$10 for all methods. For bank wires (SEPA, SWIFT), intermediary fees of about $20–40 typically apply and reduce the received amount — consider this for small wire withdrawals.
Why do I have to withdraw via the same method as my deposit?

Do I need to verify my identity before withdrawing?

Higher withdrawal limits are available for VIP-tier accounts upon request through Client Support. Each request is reviewed individually.
Why was my card withdrawal limited?
Card networks limit withdrawals to the total amount deposited via that card in the last 180 days. It is an anti-money-laundering rule from Visa and Mastercard, not our policy. Any excess can be withdrawn through another method.
What happens if I send crypto to the wrong address or network?
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to a wrong address or wrong network cannot be recovered, even by our support team. Always double-check both the address and the network (TRC-20 vs ERC-20, for example) before confirming the withdrawal.
