  • Is the MarginBase iOS app distributed through the App Store?

    No — and that's deliberate. We ship the app straight from our site, which means new versions go live the moment we release them, without waiting in Apple's app-review queue. Once installed, MarginBase lives on your home screen and behaves exactly like an App Store app — full-screen, native gestures, splash screen on launch.

  • Is it secure on iPhone?

    Yes. The app runs on the same secure platform as our website — SSL encryption, 2FA support, and Face ID / Touch ID login on supported iPhones and iPads. Client funds are held in segregated accounts at top-tier banking partners.

  • Can I trade without an internet connection?

    No. Live prices and trade execution require a connection — same as any trading platform. Without one you'll see a reconnect screen instead of stale data.

  • How do iPhone updates work?

    Every time you open MarginBase, you get the latest version automatically. No App Store update prompts, no review-queue delays.

  • How do I delete the app from my iPhone?

    Long-press the MarginBase icon on your home screen, tap Remove App → Delete from Home Screen. Same flow as any other iPhone app.

  • I added the app but the icon isn't on my home screen.

    On iPhone and iPad the icon should appear on your home screen as soon as the install completes. Swipe between pages or check your App Library if you don't see it on the first screen.
